I'm still fairly new at this whole kayaking thing (started June 2015), but I'm totally hooked. Hooked as in ALL IN - willing to rearrange and reprioritize most aspects of my life to make more kayaking possible.
Oh and I'm a single mom. That's a really important detail. Just like everyone else, I am constantly searching for good balance of giving my time, energy and presence to those I love most without neglecting my compulsion to paddle (sometimes I'm lucky enough to do both at once).
On these pages, I'm hoping to capture some of the stories, adventures, mishaps and learnings from life on river with and without kids.
